Spending the last weeks in Denmark

Time flies and it's almost time to say goodbye to beautiful Denmark. That's why I really tried to enjoy the last weeks to the fullest.

Trip to Skagen (the very top of Denmark where the two oceans collide)

Trip to Göteborg (Sweden)

Spending the evening in Tivoli

I really enjoyed going for a walk in the evenings and watching sunsets at the harbour.

At the graduation ceremony we got our transcript of records and were invited to dinner and a graduation party afterwards. That day was amazing!

Despite all that, it was also time to say goodbye to some of my new friends. It's sad but it's also good to know that I now have friends all over Europe.

Erasmus was definitely one of the best experiences of my life. I will miss everything and everyone. But now it's time to go home and I'm looking forward to that too. :-)

Up to the North

After a long period without travelling we thought it was time for sightseeing again.
That's why on Monday, the 27th of May we started our trip to the North. At first we took the plane to Stockholm, where we spent a wonderful and sunny day.

In the afternoon we took the ferry to Helsinki (because it had worked so well with Oslo). The ferry was amazing - inside it looked like a huge mall with shops, restaurants, bars and so on. We spent the evening exploring the ship and having some cocktails. Afterwards we had a nice time on deck watching the sunset.

The next morning the ferry arrived at Helsinki and we immediately started our sightseeing tour. To be honest, I wasn't expecting that much from Helsinki. But it really surprised me because it turned out to be a very impressive city: beautiful places mixed with perfect weather - AMAZING.

After we had seen the sunny side of Stockholm on Monday we got to know the rainy side on Wednesday. The rain was accompanied by some troubles with cash machines, opening hours, impolite people and weddings in ice bars. But we made the best of it.

~ Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain ~

I really enjoyed our trip. Travelling with the girls means always a lot of fun.
